6 Affirmations for Anxiety

Here are my 6 favorite affirmations I use to help guide me when I'm feeling worked up
or anxious in my surroundings. I simply read them aloud 3x in the mirror as I take deep breaths.

Using Affirmations are life changing.

I rely on these to help calm my mind and heart. They have transformed my anxious experiences into smaller moments that come and go because I have taken control of the feelings and thoughts.
